We apologize for any inconvenience. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately, enclosing photos of the product and its packaging. We will deal with your request as quickly as possible and find a suitable solution (replacement, repair or refund, as appropriate).

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds are not available for items labeled “Limited Edition” or “Made to Order” purchased on our site. However, for these items, you may request an exchange or credit note of equivalent value to the returned item. This credit note will be valid for future purchases on our site or in our physical boutique for one year.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
